Delivery

Waterbeds ‘n’ Stuff/Beds ‘n’ Stuff will deliver and/or assemble any purchase, for a minimal fee. Our expert Delivery service is the best way to insure your purchase arrives safely. Mattresses, Box Springs, Dressers, Chests, Sofas, Recliners and other Large Furniture pieces should be handled by professionals to avoid unnecessary damage or lifting injuries. If we handle it, we are responsible. If you or someone you know choose to move it yourself, you are responsible for damages incurred while moving it.

Preparing For Delivery

Please have a clear path for the delivery people.

Please have old furniture removed from the room and the area for your new furniture cleared.

Someone of age and responsibility must be present.

All C.O.D.s must be paid before furniture is delivered and/or installed.

If a Waterbed is to be installed, you MUST furnish a garden hose. Our installation crew will attach your hose and START the bed filling. They WILL NOT stay during the entire filling time, but will instruct you in the removal of the hose. Filling times will vary depending on the size of your bed and water pressure.

NOTE: If you drain your bed for any reason, UNPLUG THE HEATER before draining. Not doing so can result in permanent damage to your mattress, liner and heater.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, you will be rescheduled for another day at our convenience.

Frequently Asked Delivery Questions

  1. How do I receive a time frame for my delivery?
  2. At the time of purchase, if our delivery/service department is available, your sales associate will give you a specific day for delivery if the product is currently in stock. If an untimely event occurs that changes your required delivery day, we provide a number to call us back so we can reschedule your delivery. If products are not in stock at the time of purchase, we will provide an estimated time of arrival at the time of purchase. When the product arrives in our warehouse, we will call and advise you to schedule your delivery. If possible, someone will call you the morning of your delivery to give you an approximate time.

  3. Will your delivery drivers move or take away my old furniture?
  4. Our delivery drivers do not take any old furniture away. Our delivery drivers will at their discretion move an existing piece of furniture to another room, preferably on the same floor of the home. Moving existing furniture to a basement or a second floor creates the possibility of damage. Our delivery drivers will reserve the right to decide if this can be done safely and efficiently. Our delivery drivers use their discretion on removal of old mattresses for health reasons.
